With every sodding project, we offer a lifetime maintenance package which includes monthly fertilizing and weeding. After two years, we begin aeration which is another essential part of the process of having the most luscious, green grass ever.
The rototiller can be used in small spaces, but the machine is 34" wide. Therefore, our method using the rototiller can only be used if the machine is accessible. If the area is too small, we will remove 2" of grass and dirt to till the soil by hand. The excess grass is removed using our special sod cutters. Once tilled, we add topsoil, rake and re-grade the ground, and install the new 100% Kentucky Bluegrass sod.
